• Stacey Davis, Interim Director of the IMR, Assistant Professor, Northwestern University (Ph.D.), Northwestern University (Masters in Music Theory), Arizona State University (Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance). Appointed to UTSA in 2002, Dr. Davis teaches courses in both music theory and music cognition/perception.

• David C. Sebald, Associate Professor. Michigan State University (Ph.D., M.M., B.M.E.). Teaches courses in music education and music technology.

• Peter Pfordresher, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology. Ohio State University (Ph.D.), University College London (M.Sc.), Georgetown University (B.A.). Teaches courses in music psychology.

• Erik Gallemore, Graduate Assistant/Technical Assistant.

• Augusto Petacchi, Currently at the University of Texas Health Science Center.

• David D. Luxton, Presently at Southern Methodist Univesity.

• Donald A. Hodges, University of Texas at Austin (Ph.D., M.M.), University of Kansas (B.M.E.). A Covington Distinguished Profressor presently with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; teaches music education courses.

• Rosemary C. Watkins, Associate Professor. University of Texas at Austin (Ph.D., M.M.), Southern Methodist University (B.A.). Teaches courses in music education.

• Janina Fyk, Visiting Professor from Zielona Gora, Poland for the 1999-2000 academic year. Working to develop absolute pitch in young children, she founded Allegro - The Institute of Absolute Pitch Education and Allegro Poland - Kids' Studio for Absolute Pitch.

• Scott D. Lipscomb, (Phd, MA) University of Califonia Los Angeles, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, (BM). Presently at Northwestern University.
